Menus

A very full day in Stirling talking with colleagues about our digital programme. good progress being made for roll out in 2020. But some choices still to be made which will shape the future direction: a menu of options it might be said.

back home in time to visit a recently opened restaurant near home. They only offer tasting menus: 5 or 8 courses. Guess which we went for!

Portions small but delicate and full of flavour. The beetroot dish with heritage beetroot in the extra.

The menu came as in the main blip. Made you think about one of the elements you were about to be served!

Very enjoyable end to the week.
