as this one has gathered moss! I used think this phrase meant you should keep moving and not get stuff that weighs you down but now I suppose it means you need to settle to achieve -but I'm not sure. I'm reading Rabbit Run for book-group which seems to be saying that running achieves nothing so I have been contemplating tension between the need to keep flexible and open with being committed and staying with things. Must be a time of life thing!
