Sweet slice....

.....while 'out and about' with mum and A, I couldn't resist this delicious sweet slice. 

It's like a citrus slice only with a twist as dried apricot and dates were added to the base while cranberries and pumpkin seeds were part of the topping. It was very moorish and absolutely scrumptious!
