First Wedding Anniversary

Hard to believe its a year since Deb and I got married at Gretna Green. It's been a wonderful year, but also stressful, with the sale of my home in the Lakes, and setting myself up as a sole trader.

After my day with Andy at the Leeds festival yesterday, we had a celebratory lunch out today at the Foundry in Leeds, a restaurant owned by Matt Healy (one of the finalists of Professional Masterchef last year). A stunning meal, and I can strongly recommend it. Especially the slow poached duck egg as a starter, and the duck breast and Confit Duck leg.

The drive home wasn't too busy either!
