I get extra energy on Friday evenings. I do not why. If it had been Thursday I am sure I had been tired. Starter some pieces of battered fried fisch with herbs and garlic, toast and tsatziki. Main dish middle rib steak of beef. Salad. Desert ice cream and chocholade. A bottle of Nebbiolo, Langhe 2010. It is Friday.
