On foot

White cabbage wraps on my aching foot (Since December 2018 I have problems with Plantar fasciitis) have made the foot a little better, so we set off on a longed for hiking. The foot worked well and what was most troublesome were the mosquitoes and the flies. But when we took a break at a small lake it was free from annoying winged insects. How lucky. When we were packing the rucksacks for further hiking I realized that I needed a photo. So this was it.
