Nabucco

I was lucky enough to have an outdoor performance of Nabucco occurring a few minutes walk from my flat - it seems too good an opportunity to miss. 

Being my first Opera I wasn't sure what to expect - but I was blown away by the combination of orchestral sound with soaring vocalists.

Just on the right is the Lion statue that has been neatly incorporated into the set.
