Running lesson

J worked from home today so I could finish early and go to see a running coach. I’ve been to him before a couple of years ago but it was time to go back and see what’s causing me to pick up all the injuries. Turns out my technique is OK but I need more glute strength and to work on the lower leg stabilising muscles, sort of what I was expecting.
