Our HUGE Magnolia Tree

Last year we had it pruned back to a height of less than 10 feet, it ran amok this year reaching almost 16 feet and a spread of at least 14 feet too, the third time it's been heavily pruned, can't seem to control it's growth, it gets larger each time!
