Matt appeared unannounced at my house soon after 7.30 this morning and we went out for breakfast. Our choice of establishment was very limited due to the fact that hardly anywhere serves food until at least 9am (even places with a breakfast menu!).

Went to Coffee #1 by the harbour which was actually lovely, then had a mooch in town and picked up a few things I’d ordered. Wandered back to North Street and had lunch at The Spotted Cow, outside in the sunshine.

In the evening I went out for Izzy’s leaving do in town, cocktails and nachos. My vague plan to pop home then go back and meet the guys at The Victoria failed, I got home and sat on my bed and that was it.
