Polished

A day of car preparation as we get the Triumph ready for a big event next week. First I had to finish the installation of the replacement front seats. A quick trip to Halfords for a new tool made the job much easier and quicker, sometimes you just need the right tools. It was a great opportunity to give the interior a vacuum, so much easier without front seats in. A.few other smaller jobs and then it was time for a wash and I made a start on polishing. The clouds above produced some great reflections in the polished bonnet so a few photos were snapped.

Annie has been busy creating a new cover for the blue light. Legally it needs to be covered on UK roads and our previous cover has been lost. Annie fashioned something from a pair of old jeans, a shoelace and some precise sewing!

Prep will need to be completed tomorrow.
