Ice cream made in a stand mixer with liquid nitrogen has become trendy in our area in the past few years. It produces a smoother, creamier texture than more traditional freezing methods. This place (Cauldron) was the first to bring the style to our area, and they have the best flavors. Their rose flavor is my favorite ice cream anywhere.
