Wearing my badge with pride today as I passed the “walk 1000 miles 2019” target yesterday evening.

Really pleased.

Let’s see where I get to by the year end.

Walking is rewarding for me many ways - it’s proven to be good for my wellbeing, mental health and general health management, and fitness. I never go far, but I go regularly. I’m oot n aboot pretty much every day, regardless of weather.

I enjoyed the park this morning, it was busier than usual.
