Sunday: Storm Brewing

Lest you think that we had become all about the outdoors, we headed to east Van this afternoon to try a few breweries we hadn’t been to, Storm, Callister and Bomber.

Storm was a particular favourite. They don’t have a license to sell pints but you can get a whole load of tasters. I had a blueberry coconut Pilsner which was probably one of the best beers I ever had.

We rounded off the beer tasting with an Indian meal at ‘Sula’ on Commercial Drive.
