Bramble Jelly Making.

Over the last few weeks Rachel has been busy picking blackberries at every opportunity. This morning, they were cooked, together with lemons and apples and Peter helped to transfer the cooked fruit to a jelly bag. By tomorrow morning we should have enough juice to make some Bramble Jelly.
