Very pleasant lunch invitation down in the village met nice couple who are retiring to Edinburgh shame not to have the opportunity to get to know them.
I'm not a soup or pudding person but really did enjoy both today. The different soup was principally roasted red peppers and pear, the multi choice pud (I picked a bit of everything ) was either side of a chicken or venison stew with tatties and veg.
Much appreciated efforts from our hosts - shame that the WEATHER spoilt our sea view and meant we were obliged to eat inside.
