Sophie And Her Latest Model

After last week's cooker fiasco, my friend Jon who, when he is not leading our KeepFat sessions on a Monday night, runs his own electrician's business, came round to install our new cooker.

While he was working, Sophie decided to draw his portrait. As you can see, he was stunned by the likeness!

Later we took Sophie back home as her new teacher was making a home visit to meet her and her Mum again before she starts school next week. She is spending this week visiting all the new Reception class students which seems like a good way of getting to know a bit about them in the comfort of their home turf.
