Yak

Sous vide yak ribeye, arugula salad with radishes, and chapati. Wine: Unánime Gran Vino Tinto 2014 (Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc blend).

A good meal and great wine. As steak-like exotic meats go, yak is quite good, but elk is our favorite so far.
