Monmouth Meanderings

Mrs BB met up with a former work colleague and when she returned midday we drove to Monmouth to do a short walk. The blipfoto shows a tree near the town with the low cloud. Returning to the town over the medieval Monmouth bridge we saw a former work colleague we hadn't seen for nearly twenty years.

It was Christine who after leaving the police became a social worker. She is now retired and is a Jehovah Witness! We chatted for about half hour and leaving her we went to Wetherspoons for a cuppa. A short while later she was in there too with her husband! A lovely person and good to see she's happy and healthy. (see extra)
