Another week of healthy meals

Evening meals for the last week. Common theme: each meal contains at least 750 grams of home grown allotment vegetables and apart from one major ingredients are beetroot, tomatoes and French & runner beans. Another common theme is the limited animal protein content and the absence of white or grey carbohydrates.
The odd one out is my “Chinese” allotment vegetables in black bean sauce meal served with cauliflower rice and quinoa (sauce, and 2 rice alternatives purchased rather than harvested).Must say I have enjoyed every meal and would find it difficult to go back to my previous eating habits of potatoes, meat and two vegetables.
