Chancelot Mill

A bit of a damp morning. I do some work on the commute bike and pump up the tyres on the road bike in the slight chance I might get out tomorrow.

In the afternoon most of the rain has passed, so my partner and I head to Stockbridge. It is quite busy, and the charity shops full. After coffee, we miss the bus back to Morningside, as we walk up to the West End. My blip is taken from Telford's Dean Bridge looking down the Water of Leith towards the Firth of Forth. We get on the bus just as a heavy rain shower hits Edinburgh. It stops before we get off the bus and head to the supermarket to get something for tea. When we get our final bus to home, the bus has to pull out to the ther side of the road (just as well it is a wide road) as part of the road surface has been washed away. It is very cool when we get off the bus.

Quiet evening. Still not looking good for tomorrow. Montalbano. :-)
