At the Back

A first for us this morning - last off the ferry! And that after an extra long wait because of ‘new passport control procedures’. Sure enough, our passports were scanned as usual but then scanned again. No idea why but I’d guess they were just getting us used to the new normal.

So we’re back in Edinburgh which seems cool and windy. The old normal. Nothing obviously up with the flat, plants seem OK, fish seem OK (though hidden in an underwater jungle) and it’ll be a sorting things out day tomorrow.
