Just a rose ...

... for Flower Friday.  Many thanks BikerBear for hosting the challenge.

An extra of Sammy in one of his favourite places, just outside the kitchen door where he can keep an eye on proceedings both outside and in.  You can tell by the look in his eye that he's just heard me focus the camera but now he doesn't immediately run off in panic which is great progress.  He will probably be off to his forever family early next week.
