Anchors (not) away.

Pretty wet today, so I didn't envy this bloke scouring what appears, to my landlubber's eyes, to be an anchor.
I was surprised he didn't have safety goggles on, as the noisy and powerful tool was throwing off a lot of metallic debris.
I know single colour pop isn't too everyone's tastes, but I think it works alright here.
