Flamingos

Made an early start on an icey morning for a morning of bird atlassing at Marievale Bird Sanctuary.

Recorded 70 odd species including flamingos, some of which are pictured above. Upper frame were all Lesser Flamingos and the lower frame were Greater Flamingos. Estimated a total of at least 400 birds, of which the Lesser comprised about 95%.
