Light in the darkness

Back at the British Irish Association annual meeting which , like two years ago , is being held in the beautiful surroundings of Downing College in Cambridge.

It was after ten when I got there but there was still light shining from the elegant central building.

Let’s hope we can get some more light amidst the darkness of Brexit when we discuss “constitutional futures “ in a session tomorrow at which I will be speaking.
