Artist at work

At long last I’m back up-to-date with Blip; let’s hope I can keep it going. We were waiting in for a parcel amongst other things, so didn’t get out until after 3, by which time the weather was absolutely perfect for a bike ride. These last few weeks it’s often been very windy and today it was calm and mainly sunny, so that it felt warm even though the temperature was quite low. We went down to Silverknowes and then along the front to Ocean Terminal before coming back up the cycleway to Roseburn. The blip is a street artist at work with an improvised and stable support from an ASDA trolley, and the extras a series of reflections at Newhaven Harbour (rope and lighthouse, and the others at the docks and the lower part of the Water of Leith).

Yesterday’s blip.
