Falcons owls and vultures

Went to a falconry in Almaty today actually about 1000 ft above past some very palatial houses
One of the largest birds a vulture swooped so low over me he hit my head and knocked my hat off. Quite a bump but no damage just surprise.
This town seems v cosmopolitan and better off than the previous area. Oil money does help.
