Village pump

…. and a bicycle.
Making the most of what is left of the summer, we went out for a fairly easy bike ride to the village of Hampsthwaite. The purpose of our visit was to visit the excellent Sophie's teashop for coffee and cake (of course)! Unsurprisingly, the café is very popular with cyclists at weekends.
This photo is the only photo I took all day, so there was no choosing necessary for today's blip. I  have stopped in Hampsthwaite many times before, but have never really taken notice of the old pump on the village green.
