What a beautiful morning. 55 miles in the hills and then down to the coast. Stopped for a breather in Longniddry and checked my phone. Which was thought provoking. So, suitably thought provoked, I pushed on.

Home for a wash and brush up before pints and scoff in The Tyneside with Cameron.
