Today's feels...

We started my clinic with the GP practice making my bookings. A couple of weeks or so into we took over the bookings ourselves, with mrs Tsuken keeping me organised. There seems to have been bugger-ups in the gap... This morning: a follow-up appointment double-booked with a new assessment. Managed to shift another follow-up to the afternoon, and use that and a cancellation to do the newie. This afternoon: two new assessments in (and confirmed) at the same time. And another newie and a couple of follow-ups to fill out the afternoon.

Hammered. Totally.
