Still flashing!

The promise of a repair by 6pm today failed to materialise - I spent some time in full and frank discussion with various BT employees even got to speak to a human!
Strange that when you are awaiting a delivery you are bombarded with updates about the whereabouts of your parcel via email and text. But when dealing with a communications company they never contact you!!
OK rant over, sorry I’m not commenting on your blips but I’ll be back when I can use the iPad again!!
