A sock of bother

I got so far with knitting my mini-sock but then became unstuck. I couldn’t fathom what the instructions meant. Mr Perkins, an expert on (sitting on) knitting, had a look, but he couldn’t work it out either.

I had to email the teacher for help. From her reply, I worked out what I was supposed to do, and now I’ve finished my homework (see extra) ready for the next class.
