Cycle Race in Phnom Penh

The usually very busy Norodom Boulevard in Phnom Penh was closed for a cycle race this morning! This was especially unusual as Phnom Penh is a particularly cycle unfriendly place the rest of the time. We had to wait and watch on our tuk tuk along with the 4x4's that usually rule the roads here!!
