How could I not be with my new earrings working hard on my chakras all day?

A glorious day where I switched myself off from all but a tiny minority of colleagues to work on a project. It was a true pleasure working on just one thing rather than 20. And not talking to anyone. I shall pay for it tomorrow with back to back meetings all day.

And after yesterday’s false start, my swimming plans to mid- December are now all sorted. Had a fab swim in an outside pool this evening. Just me and 3 others, it was such a pleasure I will ignore the added expense and consider it money well spent. Am now pleasingly exhausted.
