Found ...........

………. down the garden.

It's amazing what you find after the electricians have been.  We also found a desert spoon on the patio - not sure what use that had been put to.  We had to lend them a spade because they'd left theirs at a previous job and not yet found time to go back to fetch it!

After a rather wet and windy morning, it's rather pleasant out in the garden at the moment, but the evenings are definitely getting chilly.  We've put on the underfloor heating in the sitting room - we find it difficult to control, and in fact never bothered with it last year.  It was fitted by the previous occupants of the house, and they neglected to leave any instructions regarding the control panel, which has an abundance of buttons for which I am unable to suss out the function.
