Appointment cancelled at the hospital which left us with an unplanned day.
Telephone call wishing my sister happy birthday (which is always now remembered as 9/11) glad to hear she’s going out to celebrate. Lunch then off to the shops we go, ending a quite enjoyable day with coffee and reading the Lady in Waitrose.
The question asked was why does no one iron ? In my case because I really dislike it.
