Autumn meadows

A dry afternoon meant we could gather the hay. As we don’t have a use for it , it is stacked in the woods and left to compost for later application in the flower border.
I made a cake using some of last years mincemeat which turned out very nicely. And we had another of Rob’s Pasties for supper!
