Coast and Castles - Day 1
Photo shows Tynemouth Castle, 2nd Castle along our route.(first was Newcastle).
63 miles cycled today, similar to do tomorrow. Legs a little stiff but ok. Enjoyed today's ride along the Tyne then up the coast but faced a strong headwind at times.
