The second of our two day's multi pitching and we went to the foot of Y Gelynen VD** at Craig yr Wrysgan and went over the rescue techniques of yesterday, which we each later repeated "for real" high on the route with the ropes weighted.

The climbing was fabulous on sharp, pocketed rhyolite and we were very lucky with the weather.  A big thankyou to Neil Redgrave, trainee MCI, he has a lovely manner and was very patient with us.  We wish him all the very best for his assessment in October!
