Farm Track or River?

We have had a lot of rain today in quite a short time. The pool is absolutely full and almost spilling over. The storm was impressive with the amount of rain that fell but not much thunder or lightning - I had tripod ready in case there was anything dramatic. After things had abated we went for a drive just to see if there was anything interesting.

The orange groves are flooded (no irrigation needed there today) and vast quantities of water running down farm tracks making them look more like rivers than the real river. The water is bringing down rocks and rubble with it so this will have to be cleared up off the roads.

Weather has calmed down for a bit so maybe the worst has passed although the forecast for tomorrow is not good. As long as our flight is able to take off I'll be happy.
