Awaiting Completion?

Spotted this Romany Caravan in the corner of some small Industrial Units in Todmorden.  No idea what its history is, but I am guessing it's something like a restoration project waiting to be completed - particularly the paintwork.
It all looks worthwhile - I'll try to keep an eye on progress if I can.
