Feeling deflated…

My Day:
My mate and I whizzed up to Newport Velodrome with no traffic problems, when we arrived, we fitted the wheels to our bikes, pumped the tires up and waited for the session to start…


When it was my turn to get on the track, I noticed that I had a puncture, fortunately I had a spare set of wheels on the car so quickly swapped the front one and was back in business.


The session went okay, and I managed not to fall off this week.


The drive home was trouble free, so all is good.
