Zest

Lime zest to be precise; it'll go on the potatoes which are roasting in duck fat with a couple of cloves of garlic. With them I'm having roast lamb and savoy cabbage and I've made a bit of stuffing with breadcrumbs, suet and herbs. Not a school night so I may try a glass of wine with it.

I've decided that I deserve something tasty tonight.
