O postmortem

Ran in the British Middle Distance Oreienteering Champs today.  A bit of a confusion meant we missed the start but still I finished about half way up the field, OK for someone who doesn't train too much at running (legs don't like it any more, and I'm suffering now).  S did a bit better in her race.  More importantly it was great FUN racing around an interesting area.
