Crepuscular Rosie

It was difficult to get a photo of Rosie at her favourite time of day - just before it's too dark to actually see her. She also blends in very well with her tabby coat. The long exposure means it's not quite as sharp as I'd like, but I like the effect anyway, as it gives that feeling of not quite being there.

She's also getting mats in her coat and we can't seem to work them out. Probably need to take her to a specialist cat groomer.

My eye is still the same, but I guess I'll just have to get used to it. I did read some interesting things online suggesting that mercury from amalgam fillings might have some connection. I had an old amalgam filling drilled out and a new one put in. I suppose minute traces of mercury could have crossed into the bloodstream, but so quickly affecting my eye? Hmm..

Had a very lazy day today, lying in, long hot bath, reading, a bit of gardening, tidying up from yesterday, then we went into town and went to an escape room for the first time with friends. It was really fun. There were 3 adults and 4 kids, ranging from about 6 to 15. We solved it and escaped in less than 38 minutes!
