Blossoms

A good steady day today,keeping me quite busy. Physio this afternoon and Paul is making a referral for me to see an Orthopod in Christchurch who specialises in Spines. A walk with our Run Timaruka Group tonight,  a nice easy pace, a little slow just over 9 min pace for the 6k. Blossoms are out on a Neighbours tree
