We've been a car down since before Christmas due to a couple of parts failing.

This is one of the replacements, bonus points if you know what it is.

Except it's the wrong part. Well, it might be. Or it might not.

Part numbers are fixed, but then interchangeable.

Another version of the same part arrived today, so we'll see if that's any better.
