Ingram church

MrM was awake and up at silly-o'clock, as he has been for the last couple of days - camping in a tent clearly doesn't suit his back at all. Decided that there was little point in going back to sleep, and when I eventually exited, just after 6.30am, it was a beautiful clear morning, and the ice on the tent was glistening in the sun. Must have been quite a hard frost overnight! But it warmed up fairly quickly, and we enjoyed an al fresco breakfast.

Sadly, time to head home from BAAFest, so we packed up, said our goodbyes, and set off by mid-morning. MrM drove us back via a rural route, and stopping off at the cafe in the Ingram Valley for lunch. We had a short walk too, to stretch our legs and to look for red squirrels. The footpath goes past St Michael and All Angels Church.

Both too tired to do much other than unpack the car, so it was a relaxing evening in front of the TV, and a rare early night.
