View from the cab.....

A day of this and that.
Mr M and crew back to take out more concrete slats from the cattle shed ready to fit the new ones.
Left 2 on carting straw home while I put the header on the combine and ran it down to the oat field before leaving wee brother to get on with it.
Checked the straw down the road but decided to chance it until tomorrow as still a bit raw to bale.
Back home and dug the wee square baler out the shed, the bale sledge our the nettles and baled the 500 wee straw bales needed for lambing time . Eventually found the bale grab in a different patch of nettles and loaded 2 trailers up ready to surprise my eager staff with in the morning . My back is aching already just thinking about building bales in the shed !
